![]() I guess it's another thing I need to look at before I start recording or streaming. Everything is perfect! Rebooting might mess things up.GOD I WANT TO PLAY SO BAD RIGHT NOW!!!Īctually, I just did a quick test on it (booted up that computer just to test it out) and everything is perfectly in sync. Maybe I'll reboot when it comes time to play. In a while it will automatically just turn itself off if it doesn't detect any pickup of sound (I played 3 hours with it last night and it never went off because I was actually using it). I'm using an EAD10 for a mic'ing system which sounds great on these drums BTW! But it has an auto turn off feature and I'm wondering if that's what's causing the issue. I'll probably test things out a bit and see if everything is still in sync. I'm hoping it will be that same way at 5:00 this evening when I sit down there and start playing. Then 2 minutes into the recording I started tapping the sticks together and it stayed in sync during the whole recording phase. I even started tapping the sticks in the beginning of the recording then I stopped for 2 minutes and let the song play a bit (the whole while, wanting DESPERATELY to play along to it at full volume). Heck, I just booted up the computer! Now everything is in sync. I dropped it back down to 0 and it sounds and looks perfect (did a short test recording of me lightly tapping the sticks together in front of the mic while the song was playing in the video). So then I dropped it to 50 and it was still just a hair off. I tried setting the Mic offset too 100 and it was a bit off. And I was listening to a song I really want to play today.) But I have everything set to Monitor Off (It was always set that way apparently) and all of the offsets at zero. OK, I just went in there and did some quiet testing (boy was that tough with 2 sticks in my hands behind the drumkit. If anyone sees anything out of place in these images (other than myself.) please let me know what it is. ![]() I'm also using 1920x1080 Res with a Frame Rate of 60 on all of my cameras. If I use anything else it looks terrible (pixelated like crazy and like a half second off from being in sync with audio). I can tell you I'm using the Motion JPEG for the camera because it's the best setting I can use. I'll link to them in an edit here in a bit. ![]() I just need to go grab some screen grabs and post them. I'll post some pictures in a bit of my settings. If anyone can help me figure this out I'd greatly appreciate it. I was hoping to actually do a full live stream tonight but I pulled the plug on that idea. So it's the delay that's what's killing it. Like I'm missing the tempo completely but I know I'm not. It looks terrible and it sounds even worse. I just can't figure out what is causing the delay. The video is slightly out of whack with the audio. ![]()
